Return of goods in 14 days

The rules for returning goods without giving a reason are set out in the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights

Can I return the goods?

The right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason is only available to consumers who have concluded a distance contract or off-premises. In this situation, the deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which the buyer-consumer came into possession of the item or on which a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the buyer-consumer, came into possession of the item. The goods should be returned immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which the buyer - the consumer informed the Online Store of withdrawal from the contract. If the goods do not comply with the contract, the customer has the right to request a complaint in the form of:

1. Bringing the goods to the condition compliant with the contract by free repair,
2. Exchange of goods for a new one,
3. Appropriate price reduction or withdrawal from the contract (refund of money and goods) when repair or replacement is impossible or requires excessive costs.

IMPORTANT!  the customer loses the possibility of advertising the goods if he does not inform the Seller  within 2 months of finding that the goods do not comply with the contract.

Until then, please submit your intention to claim the goods by e-mail by completing, signing and sending a scan of the goods complaint form (download form) to info@timeandpassion.pl. The returned goods should be returned immediately to the Seller's postal address:

The goods should be accompanied by an original completed and signed form complaint of the goods and a copy of the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). The cost of returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne the consumer.

The method of packaging and transportation of returned goods should correspond to the properties of the item. The product should be properly packaged and secured (please wrap the box in paper and then seal it with tape). Goods damaged during transport as a result of improper securing of the shipment by the Customer are not refundable / exchange .

Seller within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package with the goods complained about, will consider the complaint of the goods.

Transaction refunds are made by bank transfer or paypal (depending on which payment method the customer chose when making the purchase).
